The panels of our Five Button Cardigan on the linking machine. The linking machine links each stitch on the panel to either another panel or the trim, creating a clean seam or a finished edge.
Natalie walks through the rows of flat knitting machines, which are the most versatile weft knitting machines. It creates the panels of our knitwear and some of the rib and purl trimmings.
A pile of freshly knitted Collared Sweaters waiting to have their collars and final trims attached. Once all of the knitwear pieces have been assembled our brand and care labels are then attached.
The pressing station in the Standard Issue Workroom. The presser is a steam bed that removes unwanted creases or wrinkles. Pressing the garment is the final stage of the production process before it is shipped to us and put out into our Showroom.
